Grounds that prevent the registration of trademarks

The article discusses the reasons that prevent the registration of trademarks. Particular attention is drawn to difficulties arising in the implementation of the principle of exclusivity of the trademark right and provisions on the inadmissibility of registration of identical marks. Proposed solutions to the identified problems, which will improve the mechanism of legal regulation of registration of trademarks.
