At present time, there is a work package for creation and equipping civil aviation with new aircrafts and helicopters, which, according to their flight-technical and operational characteristics should provide a higher level of safety, regularity and intensity of flights compared to the existing level, aircraft fuel savings, reduction the cost of maintenance and repair, and cost of air transportation. But at the same time, the equipment currently being used is also being improved, which must also meet the increased requirements, both technical and economical
