Balanced system of performance indicators of innovative infrastructure

The study considers the use of a balanced scorecard (BSC) to create a tool for managing innovation infrastructure. Based on the results obtained, 5 BSC projections were identified, including finance, market, processes, potential and innovation. Within the framework of the innovation projection, the issues of the efficiency of the functioning of innovative companies and the flow of innovations passing through the innovation infrastructure were considered. The authors developed a strategic map of the links between the proposed goals and presented possible indicators for assessing their implementation.
