In this article we cite data of 173 patients with cervix of the uterus ectopias examinations. Colposcopy, cytological, molecular-biological researches were carried out as well as quantitative virus load and oncological protein E7 testing. It was established that the main infectious agent which interfere with the normal course of cervix of the uterus physiological ectopia is human papilloma virus in quantities exceeding clinical significant figures and occurrence of oncological protein E7 in cervical tests.
Hereby oncological potential of HPV- infected ectopias was established and the treatment algorithm of patients with this pathology was suggested.
