Questions of optimization of design with regard to EMC of RED

The article deals with the optimization of radio-electronic means priektirovaniya based EMC. Depending on the availability and type of constraints, number of phases in a model of its kind are used analytical or numerical methods in mathematical programming. Considered and analyzed optimization algorithms on graphs and networks.
