Earth water

In the article the hypothesis of the water formation in the Earth atmosphere from atmospheric atomic oxygen and captured hydrogen which is the main component of the interstellar medium (ISM) is considered. The author gives reasons in favour of the hypothesis. It is suggested to divide the history of Earth into periods of the normal capture of ISM and water formation and periods of the intensive capture of ISM and water formation.
