The paper deals with the complex of financial flows models, which use the tools of simulation. The complex can be used as a basis for selection of the best tax relations scenario in terms of balancing social and state economic development. This article wrote on the basis of monograph: “The innovation and information technologies in the development of national economy: theory and practice”.
