Creation united regional medical information-communication network service with using the server portioned architecture in complex medical information system

This article describes a multiserver architecture integrated health information system (HIS). It is envisaged two modes of operation - load into several serv-ditch by the physical separation of data bases and increase the availability and performance of MIS technology by supporting replication-cation. The description of the support geographically distributed database ISI opportunities to improve performance of the system, providing off-line access to the database ISI.
