The article is about of the problem of averaging of potash ore. Using a special algorithm of fi lling warehouse to average composition of the ore with a high content of insoluble residue is proposed. Smoothed particle hydrodynamics method used to solve the problem of simulating a warehouse fi lled with the oversleeping ore with grain segregation. The software based on this method allows to simulate the height of the ore which could be subsequently clarifi ed by analyzing the video from the stock at last. We propose a method of controlling of fi lling, allowing further determine rationally point to get portions of the ore. The cases of uniform and nonuniform statistical distribution of the content of useful component and the insoluble residue in ore are described. The excavation of ore with grabbing crane is simulated taking into account the scattering of ore grains.
