System of decision-making support for ships sailing in sight of one another

Fragment of the system of decision-making support is intended for navigators and takes into account International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea as well as the recommendations of Good Practice Guidance is shown. The list of questions and answers for a communication of a control system with the users, and the variants of conclusions that a navigator fi nally receives is formed.
