The prerequisites to the mathematical modeling to optimize the speed limit of the combined road machines

The way to optimize traffic with the combined road machine, based on the assumption that traffic jam is not should reach the nearest intersection. Substantiated indicators of the initial information for the calculation and results. Shows the specificity of the problem, which does not allow full use of the theory of traffic flows.
