Rationing of calculated characteristics of rainfall floods in Carpatho-Podolye region

Statistical analysis of elongated series of observations (up to 2010) prepared parameters and coefficients of the model calculation dvooperatornoy rain floods Befani-Gopchenko. Evaluated properties of the spatial distribution and adaptation to calculate the maximum flood flow. The proposed method is justified and useful tasks in the preparation of regional regulations to determine the basic design hydrological characteristics.
