The development of bituminous oil reserves: international practices and prospects for Russia

In conditions of traditional energy resource exhaustion, heavy oil is getting the increasing value in the world economy. A special value it has in Russia, where easy of approach oil reserves are drawn-out more than half. The prospects of bituminous oil development in Russia with using of international practices are considered in the article.
