Stages and features of the writing sections of the dissertation on the basis of copyright material

Dissertation work serves as an indicator of quality, talent and social position of scientists, leading their research. Protection work can be considered as the accumulation and consolidation of social capital, to be aware as a motivator of scientific and professional activities. At the same time, the complexity of the writing of this work requires a significant investment, both financial and social resources, which imposes certain restrictions on the ability to protect the work, not fully covered by such resources. This, in turn, gives rise to the prospect of the use of foreign materials do not agree its location and finding a job. In addition to the cultural limitations to the use of this kind of action, ignorance of the forms by obtaining copyrighted material and its inability to analyze and account for the situation, which often gets a graduate student, using the obtained copyrighted material is not true, that is, the relevance of the research.
