Technique of the qualimetrical assessment of characteristics of quality of historiographic sources

In this paper the technique of comparing the quality of historical and historiographical sources using tools and methods of quality control. As a starting base elected body of historical and historiographical sources on the political education of soldiers of the Soviet state. Considered analysis of the choice of alternatives and propose solutions to reduce the impact of human factors on the quality of the analysis based on the randomization parameters of linear convolution of the weighting coefficients of individual quality indicators.
