Personnel management of city policlinic as basic element in the maintenance of medical care quality

Health care workforce is the main resource of medical institution on which healthcare quality and effectiveness of the medical organization depends. The purpose of work is the assessment of approaches to management of human resources in "Samara city policlinic № 6 of Promyshlenny district". In article the main directions of personnel policy are described: motivation of the personnel on increase of professional level, the differentiated system of compensation — Council for quality, application of the principles of management "cooperation in team" and "involvement of the personnel", corporate culture of the organization. The analysis of questioning of the personnel in 2014 showed that more than 90% of employees are satisfied the operating system of compensation within Council for quality and social policy of the medical organization. Conclusion: personnel policy of "The Samara city policlinic № 6 of Promyshlenny district" allowed to improve completeness indicators shots and to involve the personnel in management of medical institution.
