There is an important task is to carry out the monitoring of excessive deviation in mine conductors. In the initial period of operation of the mine hoisting equipment on new trunks, twisted conductors can be neglected due to a sufficiently low wear and low value of operating loads. However, most of them wear of such equipment is very high and dynamic loads in the “vessel-reinforcement” system gradually give rise to excessive deviation of mine conductors geometry. In the present study, the main causes of the deviations of the guide conductors in tight trunks with a reinforcement were analyzed. A comparison of the factors that may affect the performance of lifting equipment was carried out. The basic legal requirements to control the state of the guide conductors were presented. Improving the requirements for the control of excessive deviations of the conductors in the mine shafts is an important task, since there are no current requirements allow to fully ensure their safe operation on the basis of a variety of factors that affect on wear, which can later lead to undesirable consequences and accidents. It should be also mentioned the importance of process automation control deviations guide conductors for the safety of lifting devices.
