This article describes the main types of corrosion damage of welded joints of technical devices in chemical, petrochemical and refining industries. Analysis of corrosion damage in the course of the technical examination and diagnosis will develop solutions that reduce the propensity to corrosion cracking of welded joints or monitor equipment status to prevent accidental release of his failure.
