Structures with unilateral constraints: an overview of calculation methods and their applications in engineering problems

A classification of methods of calculation of structures with unilateral constraints is proposed. Five groups of methods of calculation of such structures briefly discussed. Progress in the improvement of the methods and relevance of further research is fixed.
