The equipment of chemical manufactures, largely influenced by a number of destructive factors that impair its safe operation. One such factor is corrosion fatigue. This type of wear is a very dangerous process that can lead to destruction of the equipment, and its development will occur relatively quickly, it is necessary to take into account when organizing a series of activities to ensure the safety of hazardous production facilities in the industry. This article is devoted to the problem of corrosion-fatigue wear the equipment of the chemical industry. The main causes of corrosion-fatigue wear of chemical equipment were analyzed. New approaches to protect the metal against corrosion under the influence of stress are a very important task and requires a lot of effort to find a new approach to solving a number of problems in the field of industrial safety.
