Prospective, simple “blind”, randomized investigation of clinical immunological efficiency of topical tactivin, betaleikin and bestim in 99 patients with chronic generalized parodontitis (CGP) was carried out. Additional topical immunostimulator application considerably increased the efficiency of complex treatment in patients with CGP. It was reflected in parodontic patient status improving, immunoglobulin level, pro-and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the oral fluid. Betaleikin revealed the greatest efficiency surely diminishing the concentration of circulating immune complexes and proinflammatory IL-1β in peripheric blood. Whatsmore, betaleikin, exceeds tactivin and bestim in “expenses/efficiency” ratio.
