The system of integral evaluation (rating) of quality of education and efficiency of University activity

The article presents the system in the form of models, patterns factors and of a web layout app. The system can be used as both internal university evaluation system and how the system of ranking of universities. From the process of assessment of education quality, the efficiency or inefficiency of universities and the ranking of universities excluded people. Presents a procedure of payments of level of quality of University education. The error of calculation of the quality level is 0%. In comparison with analogues, the system is able to cover the assessment of entire system of higher education. Describes how to use the system in practice. The article may be of interest to specialists in the field of universities rankings.
