The structure of the software complex to optimize the functioning of complex service systems with stohastic parameters

The article deals with the specifics of the system, designed to serve the applications received at random times. The application is a set of mutually-dependent work with a random duration of service. Given the nature of the subject area the requirement specifications were formulated. On this basis, the structure of software was obtained and the main subsystems, their goals and routines were described.
