Safety of thermal processes in chemical technology

The processes of heat transfer are some of the key technologies in the chemical industry, since most manufacturing processes, one way or another, have to deal with it. A large amount of heat that is necessary to transfer, high calorific intensity equipment leads to accidents at hazardous production facilities. Compliance with safety requirements during thermal processes is a major task that ensures the safety of chemical and technological processes. This article is devoted to the issues of safety of thermal processes in chemical engineering. The basic safety requirements for carrying out such processes were presented. Ensuring the safety of industrial thermal processes in chemical engineering is a major problem that must be solved through the use of a wide range of organizational activities. Improvement of such events is the main direction in which the development must be carried out safety requirements.
