The decision-making support system for navigation in restricted visibility

The part of navigation support system, which is a module to assist in decision-making when sailing ships in restricted visibility presents in this paper. The questions asked to the user and system conclusions variants are demonstrates. The rules by which the system makes decisions and an appropriate decision tree are shown.
