Models and methods of decision support by information system for urban transportation control in medium and big towns

Complex low-cost method of investigation and improvement of quality of urban transportation is given. The method can be used in conditions of medium and big towns in Russia. Possibility of needful transportation flow is used as op-timization criteria. All calculations are based on open datasets. Changes of exist information system for urban transport control based on the method leads to better satisfaction of citizens in respect of urban transport service.
