Possibilities of implementation of the miniature two-loop microstrip direc-tional coupler on segments of an artificial transmission line of original to-pology were investigated. The proposed configuration of the directional coupler allows us to receive electrical characteristics, equivalent to tradition-al topology in the given frequency band.
