Different variants of performances optimization problems on the justification of rational plans of the company in a dynamic strategic planning mode. Variants of the generalized problem of strategic planning of the budget to more general cases where the scarce resource can also be a work (professional) and / or material resources. These situations may arise in the complexity of the conversion during the plan period, the financial resources to other types of resources, which is often observed at the enterprises of high-tech industries. It has been shown that in these cases the objective function that characterizes the success of the enterprise plan and used in the formation of rational planning solutions, becomes non-linear, and the system is taken into account when planning restrictions greatly extended. This leads to the use of more complex numerical optimization methods, such as method of normalized functions.
