Energy efficiency technological equipment of production processes in the process industries

Тhe article presents possible ways of modernization of technological equipment with the functional elements of the heat exchange destination: column evaporators used in the food and chemical industries with demanding rectification of thermal treatment modes of the liquid mixture and obtaining the valuable final product. The conceptual scheme layout and operation of columnar film evaporator, which uses guide elements and injectors, adjustable by means of automation.
