Comparative analysis of perioperative clinical indicators in total hip replacement, depending on the characteristics of the art anterior-lateral-line access

The analysis of the intraoperative course (duration, blood loss) and postoperative parameters (volume evacuated blood drainage, hematoma in the cervical area of the implant and adductors, pain, restore range of motion) in 84 patients (divided into a maximum equivalent force on nosology, age, sex, body weight, and anatomic features of the affected joint) undergoing total hip arthroplasty, according to two variants of the technique Antero-lateral access. The analysis showed that using a more advanced version of access only makes sense if the combination of necessary resection of ossification the lower edge of the basin, elimination of shortening of the limb more than three inches and causes contractures of the hip, since, on average, increases intraoperative blood loss, volume of postoperative hematomas, increases the pain. At the same time, less traumatic access more justified in clinical cases without complicating the operational allowance symptoms.
