Clinical social aspects mortality from malignat neopplasms of the genitourinary system

In this paper established the basic laws of dynamics of mortality by certain malignant tumors (External testing) of the genitourinary system and the prognosis until 2018. The study used data from the specialized reporting forms №7 «Information about the diseases malignancies" and №35 «Data on patients with malignant tumors," the Chelyabinsk region for 2006-2014, as well as compilations of official oncology service of the Chelyabinsk region. It was found that the Chelyabinsk region is characterized by a high level of mortality and the negative dynamics of the External testing of urogenital organs in comparison with nation- wide indicators. Mortality in the first year after diagnosis is a strong direct dependence on the frequency of detection of the late stages of cancer.
