Modern concept and prospects for development of autolientransplantation in children

modern ideas about the spleen suggests the impossibility of a full replacement this on other organs of the reticuloendothelial system. While studying the functions of the spleen changed the surgical approach in favor of the choice of organ-saving techniques. The intensive development and introduction of laparoscopic methods of surgical treatment continues to prove its clinical and economic benefit. The existing methods of laparoscopic autotransplantation of the splenic tissue fragment the spleen and portal system, which leads to the absence of the most important effects of the spleen. All of the above speaks of the necessity of search of new techniques autolientransplantation feasible in the context of laparoscopy.
