Gisteroskopic diagnosis and treatment of patients with proliferative processes of endometrium

In order to optimize the treatment of hyperplastic processes endometrium (GGE) and explore the remote results of hysteroresectoscopic endometrial destruction were surveyed 300 patients with recurrent GGE. When examining the remote results (over 5 years) after endometrial ablation used general clinical, gynecological, ultrasound examination, diagnostic hysteroscopy with biopsy of the endometrium, Office hysteroscopy. Regeneration was observed in adenosquamous fibrous, fibrous polyps of the endometrium. The growth of endometrium after ablation, was marked with glandular-cystic and glandular hyperplasia. The criterion of effectiveness was potentially pathologically altered tissue removal and absence of relapses. To 6 months, after the operation was identified 277 have amenorrhea patients (92,3%), 15 (5%) patients marked hypomenorrhea. Minor changes or lack of them cited at 8 (2,6%) the investigated.
