Problems of the assessment of forensic activity in the work of local Russian interior ministry units

This article reviews problems of assessment of forensic activities in work of local Russian interior ministry units, i.e. it’s development in a period from 2012 to 2016 and the influence of assessment on the action of mentioned units. On the author’s view, the assessment of the mentioned police activity should be done from at least two contrary marks, which could consider the structure and the level of criminality. Herewith the assessed marks should not restrain the use of criminalistic forces and resources on one hand or motivate for boundless use of limited forces and resources on each and every crime, without counting the circumstances on the other hand. With this purpose the analyses of the committed crimes and the results of the forensic activities on the territory of service of local police unites were done. Two marks for the assessment of the forensic activities of police are offered, considering the results of the research.
