Chronic endometritis in the practice of obstetrician-gynecologist

Chronic endometritis is the most common pathology in women with reproductive dysfunction and infertility reaches 60%. Objective: defining the role of viral infection of the endometrium in women with reproductive dysfunction and chronic endometritis, assessment of efficacy of antiviral therapy in complex treatment of patients. Material and methods. The study involved 140 patients with chronic endometritis of them with infertility — 112, habitual noncarrying of pregnancy — 28. Used culture methods and PCR to assess the microflora of the endometrium, as well as morphological. Results. Many patients identified extragenital diseases represented by one or more clinical forms. Thus, taking into account the obtained data in complex treatment of patients with chronic endometritis should use Panavir, which showed high efficiency for the elimination of viruses in the reduction of the inflammatory process in General.
