The effect of nettle (Urtica dioica L.) grown in different districts of North Ossetia-Alania on physiological and biochemical status of laboratory animals

Given the chemical-biological and medicinal properties of nettle (Urtica dioica L.). Particular influence of nettle on physiological and biochemical status of animals. A theoretical study of the main directions of the use of nettle as a food additive with antioxidant and preventive action. Given the huge complex of natural antioxidants that are part of the nettle, selecting the special conditions of their allocation, and estimating fairly large amounts of ecologically clean raw materials on the territory of North Ossetia-Alania, the study of the effects of nettle to enhance the adaptive capacities of the organism of animals is important.
