It identifies the main requirement to manage the crushing process – maintaining the desired size of the final product. One of the reasons of failure of jaw crushing machine is getting into the crushing chamber non-crushable material. In this regard, the analysis of existing different safety devices that revealed their imperfections. Developed control system of the crushing unit, which allows using a joint estimation of the parameters of the mechanical and electrical parts jaw-crusher machine, quickly resolve emergency situations when you work in the crushing unit. The proposed system control the operation of jaw crushing machines can be adapted to other types of crushing machines.
