The selection of animals with the preferred genotype associated with characteristics of meat productivity in cattle, not in all cases is of such a significant and quick results, as one would expect. Many authors draw attention to the need to improve ways to assess the phenotypic effects of genetic markers [1-6]. In this regard, we applied the method of assessing a phenotypic effect of the genotypes for SNPs that are potential genetic markers of productivity, including meat productivity of cattle [7].
