The article deals some questions of additional laboratory criteria in the diagnosis and prognosis of the outcome of revascularization interventions in patients with critical limb ischemia. The level of neutrophils/lymphocytes ratio in peripheral blood (NLK - coefficient) is suggested as an effective diagnostic test. In patients with critical limb ischemia in comparison with peripheral arteries obliterating diseases patients without signs of critical ischemia, NLK was statistically significantly higher. An unfavorable prognosis of arterial revascularization in critical limb ischemia is associated with an increase in the NLK index of more than 8 and lymphopenia.
Keywords:critical limb ischemia, obliterating diseases of lower limbs, diagnosis of critical ischemia, prognosis of arterial revascularization outcome, neutrophyl/lymphocyte ratio.
