Evaluation of daily monitoring in women with ischemic heart disease

We have studied the indicators of daily ECG monitoring of 237 women. A greater number of violations of the rhythm in the context of ischemic heart disease have been identified in combination with a decrease in the overall variability of the heart rhythm, the contribution of the parasympathetic department of the autonomic nervous system. These processes are interconnected with anxiety-depressive symptoms and the manifestation of climacteric syndrome.
