Information modeling in the operation of real estate

Properties today combine into a single volume of a variety of functions, grouping the room for its intended purpose and use, which imposes higher requirements to their service, which today is not possible without automatic operation control systems (AEAS). Such software and hardware systems are the basis of the life support and security system of the building, combining subsystems of different functionality. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the actual operation of the problems of the capital construction and study of potential uses building information model as the basis for building solutions for AEAS facility management tasks.
