Three-dimensional laparoscopy - technology of perfection of methods of operational treatment of galscope illness

cholelithiasis is one of the most common surgical diseases. Traditional cholecystectomy is replaced by laparoscopic cholecystectomy and cholecystectomy from mini-access. The lesions of extrahepatic bile ducts with cholecystectomy range from 0.1 to 3.0%, of which, with traditional cholecystectomy, 0.1-0.5%, with video-laparoscopic 0.1-3.0%. To successfully overcome the iatrogenic factors, the experience and knowledge of the operating surgeon, as well as new technical and technological solutions, are needed. The article analyzes the application of the method of three-dimensional laparoscopy, using the digital surgical video system of volumetric endoscopy "EndoSite 3Di Digital Vision System", as technologies to improve the method of operative treatment of cholelithiasis. The analysis of work from 2009 to 2016 inclusive is given.
