Angiographic and long-term clinical results of open surgical interventions in the treatment of arterial lesions of the tibia-stop segment of the lower extremities

The authors of the article determine that the urgency of the presented problem and its high medical and social significance cause the necessity of continuing the research aimed at determining angiographic and remote clinical results of various types of surgical revascularization in the treatment of atherosclerotic lesions of the arteries of various segments of the lower limbs, which, in the final analysis, will allow determine the clinical effectiveness of each type of surgery. Thus, prerequisites for selecting a specific type of surgical manual will be created from the point of view of evidence-based medicine.
