Financial flows management in the company

The efficient viability of company is based on the sum of flows: information flow, material and financial flows. Financial management is directed at the realization of some decisions such as organizational, strategic and tactic decisions. The realization of these decisions in the company consists in the following: analysis of financial condition; planning of financial resources; efficient money management; financial control.
