Holding relationships as result of contracting

We consider the appearance of holding relations on the basis of the contract, due to the fact that the legislation provides for the establishment of holding companies on a contractual basis, in which the predominant relationship of economic dependence and control. The author substantiates the conclusion that the holding of a relationship, in addition to a majority holding in the share capital of the other, as a variant of the emergence of holding relations is the existence of the agreement to subordinate one company to another.
