Justification of a complex assessment of efficiency of innovative and investment projects

In article the assessment of efficiency of investments into the innovative sphere is staticized. The main differences of innovative projects from investment, not allowing fully to use existing approaches to an assessment of innovative projects are grouped. On the basis of the revealed similar criteria of implementation of these projects need of a complex assessment of innovative and investment projects is proved
