Public danger of professional crime is higher in comparison with the crime, is not related to that. This factor seems due to the fact that a professional criminal activity, because of the increased "skill" of its subjects, creates a greater likelihood of socially negative effects, and more serious than ordinary criminality has increased and therefore socially dangerous.
