The evidence of public objective side of public calls to terrorist activity or public justification of terrorism

This article details the objective of such a sign by public calls to terrorist activity, as the publicity. Attempt definition of publicity, as well as the establishment of the upper and lower boundaries of a quantitative in order to facilitate the application of Art. 2052 of the Criminal Code in practice.
