The concept, subject and method of land law of Russia

We have proposed to our readers the article we try and conduct a doctrinal legal analysis of such universally shared and, of course, categorical concepts of modern land law of Russia: concept, subject and method of the latter. This analysis we carry out on the basis of the General theory of public relations. This not only identified, but analyzed some problematic issues of the legal content of these notions.
