Methodic approaches to risk management in non-cash retail payments

In the article we present the new methodic approaches to the risk management in non-cash retail payments. The clearing has become urgent because of the new possibilities offered by this type of payment, and it stay widespread in the financial sector. The modern system of non-cash retail payments allow to conduct banking operations in a most convenient, simplified form, spending a minimal amount of time. An important challenge facing in the field of formation of the national payment system, is the problem of effective risk management.
